Build muscle
My motto for building muscle is to leave nothing to chance. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, I want you to get the most out of your workout. As a beginner, you will learn from me how to do the exercises correctly and understand what you have to pay attention to during strength training. As an advanced user, I will show you how to progressively overload using intensity techniques and push you beyond your limits.
